The Clinical Education Department in collaboration with CHOC leadership, develops and implements education opportunities that recognize the expertise and performance requirements of staff members engaged in the care of patients. These educational programs and opportunities include but are not limited to:

	Education programs based on staff learning needs and the case mix and complexity of care required by patients and their families
